Tia Johnson is a trailblazing entrepreneur based in Columbus, Ohio, and the founder of Fresh Environmental Services and Compost Clubhouse. She is dedicated to financial empowerment, youth mentorship, sustainability, and environmental advocacy.
Tia launched Fresh Environmental Services to provide innovative, community-focused waste management solutions that promote public health and environmental responsibility. Under her leadership, the company has created jobs, improved sanitation, and increased awareness about the impact of waste on underserved communities.
She expanded her vision with Compost Clubhouse, an initiative that mobilizes individuals — especially young people — to take an active role in environmental stewardship.
As a sought-after speaker, Tia inspires audiences with a dynamic and relatable approach to financial literacy, leadership, entrepreneurship, and community impact.
